Job Oriented Courses

Hi Friends,

I am ayush , pursuing my master degree and also working from home. Most of us are unaware of market and trend going on in the market when we pass out from school, Some of  Educational institute takes advantage of this unawareness, they give fake guarantees of job with hidden terms and conditions.

They say they give you 100%  job guarantee, after the so and so course you will see your self working in some place. The fact is they are right they provide you job accordingly  and most of the time according to your capability they provide you. But this is the half truth, The second part of the truth is that, the job they provide is of very basic in nature that you get such job  just after graduation or even after your school, with the help of any consultancy or just by forwarding your resume.

example clearing above statement :- You are doing some IT course they will provide you job in call center. What IT course do you need for a call center, you just need to know how to speak  and you can get it yourself ,  no need to go for any course.

Q. So why don’t any body challenge them, for not providing you proper job. ???

Hmm.. nice question.

reason:- you pay them handsome amount of money for the course and you are afraid that your job is on their hand you don’t argue with them.  Most of the time in the middle of  the course itself you are aware they won’t do any good to you, but again same money factor, already paid a big amount can’t leave now.

ya  i know i have not answered yet . The answer of above question is, they give you basic knowledge and they send you to interview according to your skill. But mostly they do not do any effort to develop your skill, so after the course you know by yourself, you don’t know anything and whatever they are providing is ok. But fact is in such institute they them self do not teach you properly to develop your skill. They will talk to you nicely in whole course time twice, “Firstly when when you take admission”, “Secondly when you ask for job”. They will convince you that you don’t know anything its all because of your incapability and whatever we are  doing for you is our generosity i.e. whatever job we are providing is just because we promised you else you even do not deserve this.

My Advice : – Do not believe in any  institute, who says they will provide you job, whatever big reputation they have. Still you want to try ask them for the last few person’s detail whom they recruited. I promise you they will give their best recruited persons name they had recruited in their past history. Never mind take their details and talk to them about the course ask them weather they seriously recruited them or he got his job himself and institute is stamping its  name on the person. Ask him should you join the course, belive me he will never advice you to join, but for your own sake give a try.
